Delivery and Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be accepted for return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. We will not accept items returned to us without a return request.

Damages and issues
Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-day cooling-off period in the European Union
Despite the above, if the merchandise is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will inform you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and then we will inform you whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please bear in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
